Consulting on Migration
During migration projects our specialists will be at our customers' disposal, helping them to get over capacity and know-how bottlenecks. With our comprehensive approach we open up additional benefit capacity to our customers and increase the return of investment.
Trainings
Of course our customers are interested in our knowledge. In order to communicate our know-how most effectively we also offer training courses.
Some of Digital's PathWORKS courses e.g. "Memory Management", "Application Integration under Pathworks" or "Multi Vendor Client Installation" were developed by us and held in the Digital Training Center.
With our trainings you can determine the location, the number of participants, the frequency and the subject.
Workshops
Our workshops are held out by means of an "Open Curriculum". That means that our customers can actively participate in the choice of the curriculum contents. Arising questions and issues are handled immediately in a concrete example.
A workshop fitted to your needs, carried out on your computers will be much more effective than a standard training where the subjects are chosen by the organizer.
Service
You can buy our consulting capacity. For days or weeks - according to your needs. You just tell us what to do: consulting, trainings, studies or anything else.
For high demands and the reduction of costs we offer you our budget-priced LOGIN service chequebook. The chequebook offers the advantage that you can order us anytime without administrative overhead.
Hotline
Even after the successful installation we are there for you. Our hotline is at your disposal every day. If required it can be extended to a holiday replacement. Our hotline helps you with troubleshooting and tries to find a fast solution to your problems. Most problems are solved during the first phone call.
